thought about doing the same thing a while back. Right after built a super bad ass rigid cb750 trike. Tons of fun to ride once it gets tuned in right.
Doin it to the Ironhead right now. Got the bike down to bare frame and about to get a four wheeler rear end and see what we can come up with.
